Front Desk connects and sends Inventory (rate, restrictions and availability) over to Channel Manager, and from there, it will relay the information to those connected channels.
Once the reservation is confirmed, Channel Manager will receive the booking and will send the information back to Front Desk in the Calendar tab. This will help to reduce the risk of overbooking.
